Ideal
designs drum and tote fillers to your specifications. We have fillers
designed for packaging single drums, four 55-gallon drums on a pallet or
totes.
Electronic (Automatic) Weight
Fillers The
automatic net weight fillers have conveyors that move the containers under the
nozzle and move them away from the nozzle after the fill. Options for
these machines include rotary tables and automatic lid placers. A PLC is
used to control most of these machines.
Electronic
(Semi Automatic) Weight Fillers These
net weight filling machines use electronic components to achieve accurate
filling. Models are available to fill 1/4 pint to tote bins.
Position a container under the nozzle and push the start button. Some
models include automatic off loading of containers from the scale.
Mechanical
Weight Fillers Mechanical
weight fillers use balance beam scales with air sensors to control the closing
of the nozzle. These units are all semi automatic in operation and are
available for containers from one pint through five gallons. Most of these
models are air operated.
Time
Fillers Ideal
designs and manufacturers time method filling machinery to address the
particular product or process requirements of a wide range of users. From
filling Iso-cyanates to heavily viscous asphalt roof coatings or epoxies, a time
filler may be the right answer to your packaging needs.
Volumetric (Automatic) Fillers The
automatic piston fillers have conveyors that move the containers under the
nozzle and move them away from the nozzle after the
fill. Options for these machines include rotary tables and automatic lid
placers. A PLC is used to control most of these machines.
Volumetric
(Semi Automatic) Fillers
These
piston type-filling machines have measuring cylinders with capacities from liter
to 5 gallon. Place a container under the nozzle and push it into the start
button or step on the foot switch to cycle the measuring cylinder. Most of
these models are air operated. |
